Breathwork is an umbrella term for different types of breathing exercises. At its core, it provides you with a tool you can use for the rest of your life to decrease stress levels, connect with your body and inner wisdom, and bring a sense of calm and safety.

Breathwork is becoming very popular at the moment and has many different styles of teaching. The type of Breathwork I will guide you on is based on how it has aided me. It helped me understand the specifics of my nervous system and how to regulate it through breath. Consistent and regular practice also made a difference. My breath has empowered me to make bold choices and opened me up to new experiences because it always helps me to find a place of calm within. This is the tool I hope to share with you in these series!

At Celebreathe Breathwork sessions, theory is linked with experiential learning. You will learn about how your nervous system influences your experience of and engagement with life and how your breath is a tool that can help you regulate your nervous system.

GROUP SESSIONS

A group session of max 9 people. 5 sessions spread bi-weekly over 10 weeks. Join with friends or by yourself!

What does it entail:

  • 5x 3hr Breathing session:
    30 - 45 mins - Introduction, check-in & warming-up
    60 mins - Connected breathing exercise
    30 - 45 mins - Integration, cool-down & check-out

  • Daily breathing exercise (10 - 20 mins) which helps you start or end your day relaxed and grounded.

  • A small booklet with information about the nervous system and a range of breathing exercises, meditations and body exercises that can help you to gain energy and focus, or calm down and relax.

Price: €175 for five sessions.
Location: De Groene Hemel, Westerpark, Amsterdam.
Time: 18.30 - 21.30 on a Monday evening

ONE-OFF SESSIONS

An introductory session to breathwork or for experienced breathworkers a place to deepen your practice! Join & gift yourself some time to unwind!

CORPORATE SESSIONS

A tailormade program to help your employees manage stress, improve focus and concentration, and perform at their best.

Price: 300€ per hour, excl. venue & transport costs.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

A tailormade 2-3 hr session to the interest and needs of you as a client.

Price: €200,- (if at rented location)

 FAQs

    • 18.30 | Arrival. We do an embodiment exercise to calm down and relax into the moment. The exercise is always different depending on the group setting, but mostly is either a meditation, some movement, like yoga / stretching or a walk in the park.

    • 19.00 | Check-in. A moment to share (if you feel like it) how you are doing and share if you need anything specific during the session.

    • 19:15 | Breathwork. 1 hour conscious connected breathing exercise, guided by a music playlist and me.

    • 20:15 | Integration. We have a cup of tea, we chat, we make drawings, share experiences or just sit in silence. You can also go home already if you feel like it yet often people really value having a chat afterwards.

    • You feel capable of using your breath to bring calm and clarity to your life, also in challenging moments.

    • You feel more connected to your body, intuition and inner wisdom.

    • You understand the difference between feeling unsafe and safe in your body and have gained tools to bring a sense of safety into your body.

    • You understand how your nervous systems influences your stress levels and your experience of life and learn how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system. The information I share is based on the polyvagal theory.

  • My training as Breathwork practioner has been through Alchemy of Breath Breathwork Practitioner Training (400 hrs), The Reconnected Breath course (60 hrs), Breathwork Bio-hacker Level 1 (20 hrs), and books on the Polyvagal Theory by Stephen Porges. My style of Breathwork is focused on nervous system regulation through the breath. I share theory about our nervous system with you and subsequently, the breathwork sessions and home exercises provide the practice to really integrate the theory of your nervous system and how to work with into concrete and embodied understading.
